Riding Yellow Buses

The Future of Nations is not shaped in the Parliament chambers, under the Cathedral spires, in front of Court benches (the “3 Governing Estates”). The future of a nation is forged in the yellow school bus with the flashing red lights carrying chirping kids to school and back.

Eton College produced the Duke of Wellington who squared with Napoleon at Waterloo (50,000 casualties) and Boris Johnson, who did the most amusing recitation of Homer’s Iliad at the Pandemic Parties. Hence the observation “The Battle of Waterloo was won on the Playing fields of Eton”. Eton prides itself for training Soldiers, Priests and Bureaucrats.

A person’s persona is comprised of an amalgam of innate and acquired traits. The former are “carved in stone”, albeit they can be modified. On his descent from the mountain, Moses conveniently slipped and broke the Tablets God had handed him for delivery to the people. He promptly reproduced them from memory because the mail must go through even if somewhat tainted. As for the “acquired traits”, they are induced by, mostly, the minds of elders eager to pass their wisdom to the young lest it be lost. The idea is to take advantage of the immaturity of the young before they learn that those-in-authority stand on pedestals so that people would not see the hole in the top of their head.

The Brits drink tea, the French wine, the Greeks are “Orthodox”, the Italians “Catholic”. Aristotle observed that humans develop their persona in their first seven years. The Jesuits hooked onto that to assure Catholic parents that their offspring given their hegemony until the age of seven will remain Catholic for life. It seems that “Seven” was the threshold to the “age of reason” when the Human lifespan was 35 years or so. This age is, of course, the age after which Judges can do to us things they are prohibited from doing to younger humans, pups and kittens.

We think wrongly of the yellow buses. We deem them transporters of our young from the nest to the wider society and this is as it ought to be. But Bertrand Russell summed up what happens by lamenting the enormous harm “education” does the young.

The loads of kids chirping and laughing on their ride to school in the yellow buses are tomorrow’s society. To gauge the importance of it all, imagine neutering the passengers on the school bus – society will not last long past that! But we want society to last to pass “it” to our heirs and successors. Letting things evolve freely, Nature will restore the natural order of things. To prevent a shortage of heirs, they stupidify the young, thereby “stupidifying” the “future”, thereby perpetuating the status quo.

The most ferocious predators of the human mind are “licenced” by the 1948 UN Universal Declaration: “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion”. This has been copied intact into Diefenbaker’s “Canadian Bill of Rights”; and the Trudeaus’ “Charter”.

This UN Triptych is a very cruel document for it authorizes that which humans abhor. It is “cleverly” worded to induce “subservience” and avert public resistance for the ruling class. The Triptych reveals the mental predisposition of the UN-makers and the extent of the damage they have caused ordinary Earthlings from Pole to Pole and the Latitudes in between.

Prolonging one’s existence is a strong desire and people pursue “immortality” by letting theologians operate Heavens and Politicians invent rigid “Constitutions” with which to saddle future generations to live up to the will of their ancestors.

Everyone in the world is entitled to “freedom of thought”, the UN informs us. We now know that as well as we know that everyone is entitled to be born, to eat and drink, are we not? But the UN is mute about those who scramble our minds and otherwise suppress our ability to think. Can anyone conceivably exercise the “freedom to think things” in a milieu ravaged by Priests, Communicators, Fake-News Journalists, Propagandists and legions of assorted Advertisers? If thinking was feasible in such a situation, the situation would cease to exist, if it ever happened. Then how would the UN explain voicing such nonsense as it does? Could it be that the UN try to ease our fears about its member states implanting microchips into our heads? Orwell and indeed Socrates said: “Don’t trust them!” I echo that.

The OED defines Conscience as “a person's moral sense of right and wrong”. Does the UN warrantee freedom from those whose express purpose is to scamble the peoples’ conscience”? Entities such as those existing to supplant “dogma” for “thought” and those who “whip” to the Parliament floor peoples’ representatives who dare think? What has the UN done to protect us against being dictated whom to love and whom to hate?

With “Freedom of Religion”, the UN authorizes the Clergy to kidnap our young and turn them into “God-fearing robots”. They grab us young to brainwash our tender minds before we mature enough to repel “salvation”.

It is common these days to demand the right of parents to partake in the making of the school curricula. This sounds good and fair under the current conditions where minorities push for particular and often strange inclusions in the curricula. But this is not as fair as it appears being, simply because of an often insurmountable problem: The parents have been themselves brainwashed by their own parents, and made rigid in their determination to pass on to their Children the obligation to defend their children’s indoctrination. This while the need is for a certain commonality to serve the cause of “nation building” which is essential until we erase the fragmentation lines that choke the Earth.
